WB FITNESS WEEKEND CHALLENGE WEEK 1

Guys, this is it. The end of week one is here and I know you all put in that work.

I am so excited to give you guys your first of 30 WB FITNESS WEEKEND CHALLENGES.

These challenges, in the past, have been fun but I am not considering them mandatory. It is part of the work. Sometimes it will be in the gym and sometimes now.

This week your weekend challenge is not a gym one. This week your weekend challenge is self care. Our new schedule has hit and our already hectic lives have just taken on a big time commitment coupled with a huge physical strain and jump in diet.

If you are anything like me, if you are even human, you must be exhausted and being exhausted there must be things you have missed.

This weekend I want you to get them taken care of. Whatever it is. For my part, I have been putting off getting my hair cut for way too long. I also have been saying I am going to get a manicure and pedicure for months now without doing it. I have also been saying I am going to take an Epsom salt bath. I am going to make sure all these get done and I expect all of you to take stock of the things you need to do for your self and get them done.

We are focusing a large portion of our life on our bodies. Our diets, our workouts, our time management is all focused so that we can be the sculptor and the sculpture. When this happens it is all too common the case that little things get lost. Let’s make sure we take care of them.

So get your ass out there and finish your weekends weights and cardio. Stick to your fucking

Why spend your weeks doing this if you are just going to fuck it up on the weekend?

diet. Don’t give away the hard work you put in for some stupid weekend binge. Keep strong, keep focused, eyes on the prize and make sure you take care of yourselves this week. This was only week one. It only gets harder from here.

Also, remember to get your pictures taken. Set camera to video. Face camera for front flex, turn to side for side flex, turn back to camera and back flex then replay the video and screen shot three suitable pictures. Weight yourselves and mark down your weight and get all of your measurements. No more fucking around guys, in or out……no foot in the water.
