Back In A Big Way

Well last week we kicked off WBF SEASON V: 73024752 and did it in a huge way. The workouts are great already, the feedback I’m getting is awesome and even though we are only a week in I have nothing but positive thoughts about the way this will all work out.

Using all the lessons I’ve learned over the years both in the gym practicing on my own body and all I have read, there are a lot of new concepts we are working with and I really have a lot of faith in them. In upcoming articles you will see my new theory which I am calling the DOMino Effect explained as well as how I have changed the concept of HIIT.

Also to look forward to are articles on diet, more lifting instruction and a couple new things I have added.

One week in and we are all sore as fuck and excited to get back into it.

Writing has been a bit slow with the holidays on the horizon, work being crazy and general exhaustion from starting up again but expect a flurry of posts in the next couple of weeks.

In the meantime I want to congratulate the fellas who have jumped in head first with me and thank them for the trust and faith they put in me as they follow me down a path which is, quite frankly, fucking insane and somewhat untested.

For you guys who lurk but didn’t jump in, it is not too late. Just hit me up and we will do this. Trust me on this, at some point if you do not do this you will wonder what would have been if you did. Give it a shot and see what it feels like to be at Wife Beater level.
