my personal goals and, because we are who we are, am incredibly unhappy anyway. With this in mind I wanted to chat with you guys a little about diet today. The WB Fitness: Toxic Masculinity program comes complete with a diet. However, there is no one diet fits all and you need to pay attention to your body and make adjustments as necessary. I have just made some adjustments recently because I am seeing fluffiness that I am not particularly happy with.

me so we can make tweaks to your diet. While not totally cutting carbs out of my diet, I am reducing them and changing the times when I take them in.

The thing about diet that is difficult for us, as I am sure many of you have already noticed, is that if we want the fuel to power the energy that these massive workouts take and the building blocks for the muscle we want to add, we need to eat and eat a lot. Because of that, we are going to have a harder time leaning out.

Finding that balance between being in caloric surplus so we can build muscle, have enough carbs to fuel our workouts and still lean out is difficult.

Keep on that cardio guys! Do not slow down. And constantly reassess your diet. This program is an excellent one, it really is. In the 11 years that I have been doing this, it is the best I have ever done and I am incredibly proud of it. That said, it is never going to be a static plan of action. Everyone is different. More than that, everyone is different year to year. What worked last year may not work this year. So be vigilant. Just as we are not going to passively lift weights, but always be actively focused on the muscles we are working — we have to pay attention to our diet and our body and make adjustments accordingly.
