WBF WEEKEND CHALLENGE 7: PRIORITIES

Coming into the end of week 7, the first week of phase three, or in our WB nomenclature 3:1:5 I am excited to say that I am sore, cranky, exhausted and starting to see some changes in my body. I hope you guys are too….actually, I am pretty sure you are.

It isn’t hear yet, but it is in the mail. I can start to see the body taking form, like the framing on the house. I keep looking at pictures from this time last year and while I don’t want to jinx myself, I am ahead of the game right now. Full speed ahead.

over head press sucks we will naturally want to deadlift the fuck out of the bar all day. We feel great doing it. We look cool doing it. But guess what happens, we never get better at our over head press. The only way to get better is to constantly hammer this shit.

So this weekend I want you to take your weakest lift and do 100 reps of it. Whatever that lift is. Don’t worry about the break down, how many sets, how many times. Focus in on your weakest part and kill the fuck out of it until it is dead…then walk off the death and kill it again.

In the meantime, keep that grind on fellas. Do not miss a single rep, don’t skip your drop set, don’t say fuck it to those jumping jacks, don’t cheat yourself on cardio. You wanted this, go take it.
