Favorites…

I’ve been asked many times over the years: “what is your favorite bodypart to train?”

My answer to that question is typically: “I can pick out favorite elements from each bodypart and workout, however I always come back to Legs.”  For me, there is no other workout that tests your physical and mental limits quite like legs.  Sure, I love a good pump in the arms.  I also love a huge chest or back workout where you feel the weight of your muscles full of blood and just hanging off your body. But legs, man, there’s just something about a huge leg workout and the residual effects for the subsequent 48-hours.
So today, I would like to ask each of you… What is YOUR favorite bodypart to train, and why?…
