No real article today and I think we will be taking a break as we celebrate Christmas, but I wanted to wish you all the best of the season.

I had toyed with the idea of saying Merry Christmas from the WB Family, but it just didn’t make sense. You are all part of the WB family. Your contributions, friendship and willingness to put it all on the line have been a real treat and I want to thank every one of you.

As we prepare to go into the 2019 season I know we will go through all sorts of shit. There will be muscle pulls, diet tweaks, mental exhaustion and without a doubt someone will drop a dumbbell on their foot (was me the last two years running) but knowing we are all going to go through it together really makes me happy.
