It’s Coming

It has been a long time my friends. WB Fitness has been dormant. Dormant, but not dead. A lot of thinking, planning, revising and revisiting has been going on and we are about to release the newest WB Fitness Plan.

In some ways we will be looking back to classic Wife Beater basics and in some ways we will drastically be changing things and the hope is that we will put out the best plan yet and we will see all of you guys in proper wifebeater shape soon.

Some things that will not change:

Ambition: Team WBF has always had large ambitions. It is far better, I believe, to try and reach for a star and miss than simply grab something closer which we know we can attain. We have never been about losing a few pounds here and there, getting into slightly better shape. From day one WBF has been different. Others will say you should set unrealistic goals, I say fuck that and fuck those losers. I want inhuman goals and am willing to put an inhuman amount of effort in to obtain them. Anything less is loathsome to the fundamentals of our style of fitness. It is not for everyone. It is only for the truly committed, the truly passionate, the truly 730. I hope you guys are ready. Start getting in the right mindset now. If you are not in the gym everyday, do so. Get cardio in hard. Don’t worry about weights right now, it is coming. Make sure your lungs and heart are ready for this.

Attitude: Get ready to bring back your Gorilla Walk. Things are slightly different and the world has become stranger, worse and far more dangerous.

Tacit implication, trod underfoot anyone who stands in your way.

But remember, it is only dangerous in its herd numbers and hive like mind. As an individual it remains weak. It is time, in our own small way, to remind our own little corner of the world what it means to be a fucking savage. Save your love and kindness and compassion for your family and friends. It’s war outside, bring nothing but steel and anger and aggression. It will serve you well both in your fitness goals and in creating yourself to be larger and stronger internally as well as externally. Always keep the mindset of a conqueror. This is not a time to think of training as some kind of health kick. If that is what you want there are plenty of programs out there for you. It is time to bring the anger and aggression to the forefront. The world is in short supply of warriors, become one.

Philosophy: The WB Philosophy remains as always. Unabashed Masculinity built the world and Unabashed Masculinity will help you build your body and mind stronger.
