I am so excited to write the following words: WELCOME BACK YOU LOUSY FAT FUCKERS IT IS GAME ON!
This has been one shit show of an off season. I will not lie to you, in my 10 years of bodybuilding, last season was my worst. The program I created, while I do believe was excellent, was more suited towards professionals who don’t have the other stresses of life like work and family and can focus entirely on the gym. The 4 hour workout sessions were just too much. This, coupled with a lot of personal issues made Season 3 kind of a flop.
In the off season I got pretty fluffy, as I am sure you guys did as well and that sucks. But now we are almost ready to be back. In a mere 15 days we will be walking back into the gym with an all new program and diet and this year I have something special for you guys.
As always, my promise to you is that I will make you into gods or corpses and this year I mean it very literally. If you do this program consistently and if you keep your diet straight you will do amazing things so long as it doesn’t kill you. Stick with me, trust the plan and in 30 weeks you will see a huge change.
So what is different this year? Well, quite a lot actually. The first thing you will notice is that the plan will be delivered through the website. I understand that my handwriting is horrible and having a hand written plan might have been problematic. So there will be updates here with the workouts and you can either print them up, write them down or put them in an app as you wish.
Another change is that a key element of the WB Fitness community, the philosophy behind the workouts, will be emphasized. I can’t stress enough that the articles here are mandatory. This isn’t about a jug of protein, some grilled chicken and going to the gym. There is something here that is special and if you wade into it there will be a marked improvement of results.
Next: Accountability. Each and every Sunday I want stats from you guys. No excuses (and I will share mine as well). I want to know weight and measurements and how you feel in the gym. We will be on every bit of this.
WBF Sunday Challenge. The last few years I have put up a Sunday Challenge for fun. These are now mandatory. This will be straight Project Mayhem shit.
The Program: This year’s program is a 30 week program broken down into 10 phases lasting three weeks each which are organized by split. The first 5 phases will be different splits (in order; whole body, upper/lower, push/pull/legs, 4 day split, five day split)and will be repeated a second time with more intensity after they are done. If you don’t know some of these or seem confused, don’t worry, we will go over, in detail, each and every one.
Finally, in the off season I have seen a lot of bullshit online about a certain excellent fraternity. Between them and that StrongLifts dickhead Mehdi and the crossfit cult of useless jackasses, I’ve had enough. I’ve seen the FOE talk about how charging people is how you get serious people. I am going to lay this out now, WBF does not and will never charge any money. We charge something far more valuable…your time and intensity. I am not looking to get rich off of this, I am looking to share my knowledge and experience with a group of likeminded people and grow and become stronger together as a community. As for this moment I am putting all of those twats on notice…we are not going to be insular this year. We are declaring war on these fucks. And when the cuckolded little sissy any his flabby ass followers who are paying money for positive reinforcement get butt hurt, we will go on the offensive.
Raw Aggression is a new season. We are going to work ourselves raw, eat raw and be raw. There is no one who is going to be off our radar. Gentlemen, it is time to put a flag in the ground and say enough of this pussy bullshit. It is time to exert our pure, raw energy into the world and see what the world give us back. This year it is going to be about more and we are going to see more in results. I hope you fucks are with me.
The next post will outline the first three week cycle and diet and should appear in about an hour. In the meantime, enjoy your snacks now you fat fucks because in 15 days you are going to begin the training to be warriors. Remember what Arnold says, you can’t climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets. We are going to build on that and surpass it. This year we are going to get bigger, stronger, more aggressive and stomp out the false bullshit which does nothing but contribute to the weakness of the society around us. It is going to come down to this: move or get trodden under foot.
