What’s up crew.
Today for the weekend challenge we introduce the notion of the 730 crew. As phase 3 starts next week (oops) we are going to start going full 730.
What is 730?
Well, 730 is a motion to file for fitness to precede in a court case. This is to say, when one files a 730 they are given a psych evaluation to determine whether or not they can stand trial.
Well, trust me…I’ve been looking over phase 3 and anyone who goes through it is 730…fuckin’ nuts.
As a prelude to getting into our new phase I have a 730 challenge for you guys.
One lift I have come to love is the close grib dumbbell press also known as a Crush press. We
are going to do these superset with dumbbell flyes and, because we are #teambatshit we are going to do 7×30

Also, last night I did some thinking and I have a second challenge for you guys this weekend. This weekend, put some weight down. We walk through our lives carrying weight and it puts a strain on our souls and on the people around us. This weekend, put a little weight down and just try to be happy.
