One of my favorite sayings is “the best time to plant a tree is 10 years ago. The second best time to plant a tree is today.”
We are midway through week two of phase one of the Toxic Masculinity program and man it is killer. If you didn’t get on board, don’t feel like you are lost. If you have an interest in getting on this workout plan then message me and we will set you up with the plan and diet book. Yes, you missed the first week or so, but that’s ok….you may not have planted your tree at the best time, but you still can plant it at the second best time.
I am in favor of anyone and everyone getting into this program and hitting it seriously and will do anything I can to help you guys along the way to attaining your goal. One thing I will say, Toxic Masculinity is not a beginners program. Members of Team WB Fitness who are veterans of these programs are already telling me that this one is the most comprehensive, intense and difficult to date. There is a reason for this: I obsessed over everything. Every bite of food, every lift, every day and how it takes into account the day before…in a nut shell, all 196 days of this plan were thought out in such a way to bring your body to the absolute edge of it’s abilities.
If you do not feel you are ready for the full WBF: Toxic Masculinity program that is understandable. I would suggest that you jump into the WB 10/10 program, but, while working keep in touch with the people doing Toxic Masculinity so you can see your own gains, but also understand the depth of the full 7 month season. This way, next year you will be primed and ready for WBF season 4. It will only continue to get better. In this game there is never an end to what we can learn. This year there will be lessons that will be incorporated into next years program.
So if you are still sitting on the bench, seriously consider getting up and getting in the game. There are only 21 days until the start of Spring and 94 days until the start of summer. Are you going to be beater ready? I am. My team is. And here is the thing, you can too. I am willing to get you there. The only thing I can’t give you is the motivation to stand up and get that shit done. That you have to do. Don’t be Mr. Monday morning always saying “i am going to start next week” or “i’m going to tighten my diet on Monday.”
Take a stand and take over your body. Be the strongest, fittest you you can be….not just a person who talks about “if only” or “next week.” There is no next week. There is 10 years ago and there is today and one of those is no longer an option.
Go plant your tree.
