Glad you got the site up. I can say that I am living proof that the Team WB Fitness program is legit. I wasted 2 years doing powerlifting without gaining strength or muscle. I did a custom program here and saw results that I didn’t think we’re possible. I’m on for the Jan 15 training.

I can attest to this man’s advice. I did Strong Lifts for 18 months and then BUFF for about 6, but WB’s workouts are FO REAL. Prepare to be wasted
